本プライバシーポリシーは、「ひとかえ」（以下、「本アプリ」）における利用者情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。
本アプリは、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所、位置情報など、利用者を直接特定できる個人情報を原則として収集しません。 ただし、本アプリで利用する Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics / RevenueCat により、デバイスに関する識別子や技術情報等が処理される場合があります。
本アプリでは、アプリの安定性向上を目的として、Firebase Crashlytics（Google LLC）を使用しています。 クラッシュ発生時に、デバイスの種類、OSバージョン、アプリバージョン、スタックトレース等の技術情報が自動的に収集されます。 これらの情報は、障害解析および品質改善のためにのみ利用します。
また、本アプリでは、機能改善および利用状況分析を目的として、Firebase Analytics（Google LLC）を使用しています。 例えば、セッション開始・終了、行動候補の選択、画面遷移、ペイウォール表示・購入操作等のアプリ内行動データを収集します。 これらのデータは広告配信やマーケティング目的では利用しません。
本アプリでは、Appleのアプリ内課金（サブスクリプション）を提供しています。 支払い情報はAppleによって管理され、開発者が取得・保持することはありません。
本アプリは、広告、マーケティング、またはトラッキング目的で、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。
サブスクリプションおよび購入管理のために RevenueCat Inc. のサービスを利用しています。 これらの情報は決済およびサービス提供に必要な範囲でのみ利用され、広告やマーケティング目的で利用されることはありません。

However, Firebase Analytics / Firebase Crashlytics / RevenueCat used in this app may process device-related identifiers and technical information.
This app uses Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to improve stability and reliability. In the event of a crash, technical information such as device type, OS version, app version, and stack traces may be automatically collected. This information is used only for crash analysis and quality improvement.
This app also uses Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to analyze usage and improve features. We may collect in-app behavioral events such as session start/end, action selection, screen transitions, paywall views, and purchase interactions. This data is not used for advertising delivery or marketing.
This app offers Apple in-app purchases (subscriptions). Payment information is processed and managed by Apple and is not accessed or stored by the developer.

本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても、 当方は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
当方は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。
利用者情報の取扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーによるものとします。
本規約の準拠法は日本法とします。 本アプリまたは本規約に関して利用者と当方との間で紛争が生じた場合は、 当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute arising in connection with this app or these Terms, the court having jurisdiction over our principal place of business shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
